摘要
Kings Plastic developed a high-precision flexible assembly line for brake-fluid reservoirs with a capacity of producing 1.5 million parts per year. The top and bottom parts of the reservoir were welded together and the tanks were transported through a cooling zone to be tested for pressure resistance and leak tightness. Extensive and clearly structured range of commands were used to make robot programming easier. The high flexibility of the robots made it easier to retool or expand the assembly line for future requirements.
