摘要
Maximizing throughput of printed circuit board on surface mount operation while conserving time and space is achieved by using a vertical component storage system. This offers space, weight and modularity options unavailable in static storage shelves. A shuttle vertical lift module is a stand alone, modular, enclosed system of vertically arranged storage trays. It stores and retrieves a variety of component containers on specially designed trays and delivers them to an ergonomically-positioned workstation for removal. The shelving can be configured to hold odd-shaped items including feeder banks.
