摘要：
The accuracy of registers is one factor determining the analog circuit accuracy. Therefore, we propose new estimation technique of the register value depending supply voltage using distortion characteristics. To use this technique, we show that the voltage-dependent is in inverse proportion to W×L. © 2010 The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
