摘要
Based on the data of 27 A-share listed companies in Chinese Automotive Industry implementing merger in the period of 2002-2007 and by using factor analysis method, an empirical research on the merger performance of sample enterprises is conducted. The statistical results show that the merger happened in Chinese Automotive Industry had not effectively enhance its sustainable innovation capability as the focal embodiment of comprehensive performance.
