摘要
It is difficult to study the six-axis accelerometer that uses parallel mechanism as elastic element because there are too many parameters to be optimized. Particularly, it has been rarely reported that the measurement accuracy is affected by the structural error caused by substituting points and lines for bodies and surfaces when theoretical model is solidified. Based on the analysis of many parameters of the parallel elastic element, this paper establishes a theoretical model with 5 parameters, improves the optimization method of performance atlas based on the physical model of solution space, optimizes the theoretical parameters; and testifies that the optimization method is more suitable for the parallel elastic element with special ball-shape structure compared with other optimization methods. A solid model was built. The orthogonal test was applied to analyze the effect of the structural errors on the measurement accuracy of the sensor, and the optimized solid parameters were obtained. In an example the structural error was calculated, which is 1.617%. Finally, the calibration experiment on the six-axis accelerometer prototype was conducted, and the results indicate that the proposed parameter optimization method can obtain high sensor measurement accuracy. ©, 2014, Science Press.
