Method for synthesis of substituted 2-alkylthio-7-amino-6-cyano(ethoxycarbonyl)-5H-pyrano[2,3-d] pyrimidine-4(3H)-ones

摘要：
The multicomponent condensation of 2-thiobarbituric acid, aldehydes, malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate, alkyl halides and morpholine was studied. It is shown that the condensation products are substituted 2-alkylthio-7-amino-6-cyano(ethoxycarbonyl)-5H-pyrano- [2,3-d]pyrimidines. The products were characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.
