roduct maturity is a critical success factor in an enterprise and an essential key performance indicator in product development, but the degree of requirements fulfillment is often validated in late project phases with prototypes or physical tests for the first time. However, the early development phases are crucial, because late product changes are costly. In this article, a systematic is shown to determine and monitor the fulfillment of customer requirements at any time in the project. © Carl Hanser Verlag, München.
