摘要
In this paper, a self-made vacuum melting and argon-shield continuous unidirectional solidification equipment is used to produce Al-1%Si alloy rod 8 mm in diameter with continuous columnar Structure. The plasticity of the bar made through this technology is very excellent. The alloy rod 8 mm in diameter can be drawn to ultra-fine wires in diameter of 20 μm at room temperature without any heat treatments, the elongation multiple is as high as 160000. This sort of ultra-fine wires can be used as bonding wires of electronics packaging in 1C industry.
