摘要
The Ni-Mo alloy electrodes were prepared by electrodeposition technique with citric acid as a complexing agent. The influence of main compositions in bath such as the concentration of Na2MoO4 • 2H2O, the concentration of NiSO4 •6H2O and the concentration of sodium citrate on the microstructure and surface morphology of Ni-Mo alloy electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The hydrogen evolution reaction of Ni-Mo alloy electrodes were investigated in alkaline solution by the method of the cathode polarization curves. The results showed that the excellent Ni-Mo alloy electrodes with excellent electrocatalytic activities for hydrogen evolution were obtained when the concentration of Na2MoO4 •2H2O was 15 g/L, the concentration of NiSO4 •6H2O was 40 g/L, the concentration of sodium citrate concentration was 40 g/L.
