UPM-Kymmene, Kaukas mill has ordered a Calcoil inductive heating system for their supercalanders. The order includes a dual Calcoil system and an option for four other calcoil systems. The Kaukas decision was supported excellent results achieved at the UPM-Kymmene Jamsankoski mill, where the throughput was improved by 40%, the gloss average increased by 8 points and smoothness average increased by 10%.
