The principle of equality between men and women is included in the constitution and developed in important laws such as LO 3/2007. However, reality shows that gender inequalities still exist in society. The article shows how in the magistrature there is still a glass ceiling that makes it difficult for women to reach the most important positions. And, unfortunately, this is just one example
