摘要
Recent breakthroughs in artificial intelligence (AI), especially large language models (LLMs) are revolutionizing the automation of complex language-based tasks. Here we report a software tool under development that uses the Llama2-70B language model for automating the layout of silicon photonic devices. Preliminary tests demonstrate the tool's effectiveness in accurately generating code to layout a single device from a natural language prompt.
