摘要
Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a non-contact, high-resolution biomedical imaging technology widely used in eye disease diagnosis. This paper introduces a novel mouse retinal near-infrared imaging system with a spectral domain OCTA operating at a 250 kHz A-scan rate. The system achieves a 2.3 mu m axial resolution and a 1.2 mm, 5.7 dB imaging range. With a robust signal-to-noise ratio of 99.95 dB at 250 kHz A-scan, after optimizing the scanning parameters, the system captured clear retinal cross-sections, optical coherence tomography (OCT) scans, and OCTA images during the imaging process of the mouse retina.
