摘要
Subway construction and operation will have an impact on all aspects of the city. This paper analyzes the influence of the subway in Changzhou City based on the construction of Changzhou Subway Line 1 and Line 2. The research results show that the subway will significantly improve urban traffic conditions, increase the share of public transportation travel, and slow down the growth rate of small cars. At the same time, it will help optimize the ground transportation system and form a new model of urban public transportation. The construction of the subway will drive the growth of the urban economy and promote the rapid development of the rail transit industry in Changzhou. The subway will lead city construction and guide Changzhou to form a multi-center urban space structure, which will help improve land use efficiency along the line and improve the urban ecological environment.
