摘要
Moral harassment characterizes a series of humiliations in different degrees and aspects that are difficult to denounce due to fear, reprisals and blackmail. The victim often does not have the necessary support either from the body that is intern or from the supervisors who guide them. The lack of information and specific legislation makes it difficult to report, since the sexist culture impregnated in society generates judgments against the victim. The study is exploratory, as it aims to add knowledge, expand it and make use of it efficiently to obtain an effective result, with a documentary and bibliographic research referring to the description of the legal treatment of moral harassment. The general objective is to identify moral harassment within the scope of the supervised internship and the importance of the complaint. Moral harassment is a situation that is appearing in labor relations, as well as in non -employment labor relations, having as an analysis the internship relationship, an incorrect and inhuman way of forcing the fulfillment of imposed exaggerated obligations, mistreatment, contempt or marked psychological changes required in everyday life..
