Moral harassment characterizes a series of humiliations in different degrees and aspects that are difficult to denounce due to fear, reprisals and blackmail. The lack of information and specific legislation makes it difficult to report, since the sexist culture impregnated in society generates judgments against the victim. The study is exploratory, as it aims to add knowledge, expand it and make use of it efficiently to obtain an effective result, with a documentary and bibliographic research referring to the description of the legal treatment of moral harassment.
