In article historical and modern problems of inheritance escheat of property in Russia are analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that at present the state has no interest in the escheat of property inheritance, and also offers a special edition of the federal law << On the escheat >>, which would have concentrated all matters relating to escheat property.
