摘要
''On the basis of the M/T-study ''The Machine That Changed The World'' Phoenix made an analysis of its position status, This analysis was the basis of the determination of targets to be reached within a period of 3 to 4 years. These targets were the improvement of the characteristics like quality, costs and time of about 30%. These actions have been summarized in a project with the title ''Phoenix Lean Company: lean - fast - strong'' which do not only comprise the production but the whole company.''
