摘要
This article was created by adjusting the author's treatise with combining information obtained by the specific research. The outputs, which are in the paper, are based on their views, theoretical knowledge and critical research literature sources. The aim of this paper is to point out what is the effect of lean production on social issues in the enterprise. The popularity of using the principles of lean production in the Czech Republic is gradually increasing, not only in the automotive industry but also in other sectors. The trend of downsizing not only production processes leads mainly to changes in the work of employees. The enforcement and subsequently the introduction of lean thinking principles into the company are primarily dependent on human resources. It can thus be unambiguously stated that on the loyalty and hard work of people in the company depends also their subsequent success. The methodology used to create the article is based mainly on data collection and research of secondary and primary data. Primary data were obtained by questionnaire survey, which was conducted in conjunction with the grant FP-S-12-1 'Efficient Management of Enterprises with Regard to Development in Global Markets' from the Internal Grant Agency at Brno University of Technology. Foreground contribution would be enriched readers about theoretical information from the production areas from social perspective.
