SYNTHESIS AND STRUCTURE OF TETRAHYDROPYRANO[2,3-B]-[1,4]DIOXINES

摘要：
Aus dem 6‐Methoxypyranon 5 läßt sich mit 1,2‐Ethandiol säurekatalysiert über das Dioxolanderivat 6 das Tetrahydro‐cis‐pyranodioxinon 7‐cis gewinnen. Mit 2‐Mercaptoethanol reagiert 5 nach Basenzusatz zum Thioether 10, der sich unter Säureeinfluß zu den cis‐ und trans‐Tetrahydro‐pyranooxathiinonen 11‐cis und 11‐trans cyclisieren läßt. Aus 5 und trans‐1,2‐Cyclohexan‐diol (12) entstehen die Dioxolanderivate 13 und 14, die sich in die Octahydro‐trioxaanthracenone 15 und 16 überführen lassen. 1H‐NMR‐Spektren zufolge stimmen Konfiguration und Konformation von 6 und 7 mit der Pyranodioxananordnung in 13 und 15 überein.
