DETERMINATION OF PB AND CD IN WHOLE-BLOOD USING ISOTOPE-DILUTION ICP-MS

摘要：
The application of ICP-MS for routine determination of Cd, Pb, Mo, and As in whole blood is demonstrated. A comparison of external calibration and isotope dilution ICP-MS for quantifying Cd and Pb was performed. Accuracy was validated by analysis of blood reference materials, and long-term stability was shown to be better than 2% RSD over four hours.
