摘要
4,4-dimethyl-1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-1-pentene-3-ol or stiripentol was labelled by C-14 and H-3. C-14 labelling was performed on the carbone 1 of the pentene group via a four steps procedure after the carbonatation. The radiochemical yield calculated from the precursor ((BaCO3)-C-14 is 28 %. H-3 labelling was performed on the position 3 of the pentene chain by reduction of the corresponding cetone via NaBT4. The radiochemical yield calculated from the precursor (NaBT4) is 40 %.
