摘要
At the national level, taking into account modernization of professional education, the prioritized development of educational institutions that train future skilled workers is assumed. Graduates who are interested in professional development, have a clear civil position, are capable of creative activity, possess creative independence and creative self-efficacy are in demand. In the Federal law "On Education in the Russian Federation" (2012) and in the Russian Federation state program "Development of Education" for 2013-2020, outstanding students' creative development and satisfaction of their needs for self-actualization are stated as a priority of education as a single purposeful process. The need to orient the student to the creative activity and creative self-realization, the formation of readiness for future work and transformation activities at the stage of professional education is reflected in the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary Professional Education. Social and economic changes in the contemporary Russian society have changed the requirements for skilled workers in the course of their professional education fundamentally. A future skilled worker in the context of the research problem is a specialist who is highly qualified, competent and apt in related fields of activity, socially and professionally mobile, able to work meeting the world effectiveness standards, has necessary skills to use modern high-tech equipment, and also has certain personal qualities. Only a creative person can meet the requirements of modern production, a person capable of self-realization in professional activity. Thus, at present, the problem of training skilled workers needs to be addressed taking into account the prospects of professional education development and accomplishments that have developed in the past in this area. A creative educational program has been developed for students' personal qualities development in the context of the competence approach. Through this program, students of professional educational organizations gain knowledge about creativity, about using their creative potential, actualize creative ways of self-realization and enrich the experience of co-creative artistic activity. This program is called "Creative Activity. Creative Independence. Creative Self-Efficacy" (TASS). The TASS program is aimed at guiding students in the skilled workers training programs focusing on creative self-realization. Positive results achieved from testing the TASS creative educational program in professional educational institutions of Krasnoyarsk and Lesosibirsk with the aim of students' self-realization actualization allow recommending TASS for implementation.
