摘要：

This work analyzes the reform of article 135 of the Spanish Constitution which was introduced in September 2011, from the perspective of the constitutional principles as well as the decisions taken by the Constitutional Court. The focus is mainly on the analysis of the procedure followed to conduct the reform, which - it was said-severely breaks the constitutional consensus.
