摘要：

Application of the recently developed cyclic voltammetric stripping (CVS) method to the analysis of acid copper sulfate plating baths is discussed. Results presented for one proprietary system show that the method provides a sensitive measure of the concentration of both the additive and the chloride content. With modification, CVS can be applied to a variety of acid copper baths.
