摘要：
Definite diagnosis of influenza is made by isolation of the virus by culture. Howewer in case of epidemics or pandemics rapid diagnostic tests can be used with virus cultures. In this study it was aimed to find the influenza positivity rate of 100 patients (59 females, 41 males aged 31.1 +/- 11.3) who were considered to be influenza clinically with Roche Influenza A/B Rapid Test. In 28 of 100 patients rapid diagnostic test was positive. Rapid diagnostic tests are easy to use and and can be used in the diagnosis of influenza.
