摘要
Nowadays there are some problems at the "OAO Polosukhinskaya" mine: depletion of mineral reserves; nonconformity of automated control system technologies to modern levels of development; low quality of coal. Analysis carried out in all aspects of the technological system demonstrated that for further development and efficient enterprise operation some measures should be taken to maintain the actual working capacity. These measures are expressed in the following main directions: deposit reactivation at seam 30 of the "Antonovsky-3" mining sector, as well as preparation of new working sectors within the existing mining allotment with technological solutions existing in the mine; ntroduction of the latest ASU TP automatic control system, as well as measures aiming at improving working conditions and safety engineering;. improving the quality of mined mineral resources by means of enhancing operation of the Antonovskaya dressing mill though introduction of a monitoring and technological process control system based on the "Granch SBTC2" controllers that will considerably increase the level of safety engineering and environmental protection in mining.
