摘要：
The elastic scattering amplitude assorted with respect to the electron spin polarization states is obtained by the dispersion relation technique. The relative corrections pertaining to the motion of an electron in a field produced by the superposition of a stationary crossed field and an elliptically polarized plane electromagnetic wave are also considered. The anomalous magnetic and electric moments of an electron in such fields are found.
