摘要：
The calculation of X-ray scattering cross-section with solitons is given. Solitons corresponding to forming a kink in the adatom system on the substrate surface or crowd-ion in the crystal atom chain described by the sine-Gordon equation and also solitons in a coupled electron-phonon quasi 1D molecular chain are studied. It is shown that the study of X-ray scattering enables to obtain the information about static and dynamic properties of solitons.
