FLUX TRANSITION CHARACTERISTICS OF RF-SQUID IN THE DISSIPATIVE MODE IN THE PRESENCE OF THERMAL FLUCTUATIONS

摘要
The properties of RF-SQUID in the dissipative mode and the total flux transition probability are discussed from the system energy viewpoint. The normal operating conditions of a device are obtained. The dependence of flux transitions on temperature and SQUID parameters is analyzed and explicit results are derived. These results lead to a value for the flux transition time.
