Fast change is now a constant in our lives and in our career. We have the choice of celebrating and going with the rhythms of the new world or trying to hold on to the past and a world that has long since ended. In this new world, we are free to get on top of the crest of many different waves and follow our dreams and the inner voices that tell us there are exciting opportunities out there just for the taking. How we experience this new world depends on what is in our head.1 Perception is truth.
