Traditional approach and criterion is used for determining the volume of emergency stationary relieves. Results: It is observed that, emergency transports to hospitals are arising due to digestive system diseases, circulatory system diseases and injuries, respectively. Furthermore, it is found that, another important factor in the formation of the nature of emergency transport is age of patients. By basing on data given in this paper, emergency stationary relief needs of healthcare members are determined. Irregularities are found between bed capacity and patient transport needs. Conclusion: It is concluded that an optimum variant of satisfaction of requirements of noted contingent in emergency hospitalization is traditionally existing order of rendering of this help on the basis of corresponding hospitals. The specialized centers on emergency hospitalization of the contingent of departmental public health services can be created by interdepartmental integration.
