摘要
With the objective of improving the professional performance of directives, technicians and specialists of the construction it was designed a program of professional development in management of the science and technological innovation in the year 2013. Courses related to research methodology were imparted, also with the management of intellectual property, of the science and technological innovation and methodology of operation of the Forum of science and technique. Materials and theoretical methods were used like the historical-logical, systemic structural-functional; and empirical ones such as: analysis of documents, observation, surveys, and interviews. Also the statistical methods to validate the research idea. It was applied at the Construction Enterprise of Works of Architecture No. 19 from Holguin with favorable economic and social impacts of the innovations in relation to previous years; a greater participation in scientific events; more awards won; and introduction of scientific achievements within the professional practice. These elements aroused the interest of the construction authorities to develop this postgraduate study in other similar companies in the territory, throughout the relationship with the Pedagogical University "Jose de la Luz y Caballero" in Holguin.
