摘要
A human factors/ergonomics (HF/E) practitioner is concerned with various aspects of a certain product or design such as adding new features to a product. On designing one, products should first of all be able to meet performance needs such as reducing steps, easy of use, speed and errors. The second important thing is the physical comfort of the product while the last is desire which is about the attribute that moves customers to notice the product in the first place. In designing, it is very helpful to conduct surveys and make alternative prototypes for any product in concern. Surveys can gain knowledge on the features that users wish to be able to have as well as the reason for wanting a particular feature.
