APPLICATION OF THE SYNERGETIC LUMINESCENCE OF EU IN TIME-RESOLVED FLUOROIMMUNOASSAY

摘要
The synergetic luminescence system of europium for time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay has been studied for the first time. The europium label is bound to the antibody with diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid anhydride (DTPAA). Once the immunoreaction has been completed, the europium is preferentially dissociated from the antibody in the presence of terbium and measured by laser-induced time resolved fluorimetry. As an example, the determination of human IgG was performed. The detection limit for human immunoglobulin G was 0.25 ng/mu-l.
