摘要
This article analyzes the effects of acculturation on the training of sub-Saharan African students at the University of applied sciences Western Switzerland in the field of public health and social work. The authors report on a research undertaken to understand the conditions of training and integration of these students. The study is conducted from a theoretical approach based on intercultural communication, inter-culturalization and adult education using qualitative methods such as interviews, semi-structured questionnaires and analysis of students' records. Proposals for improved integration of foreign students are presented.
