摘要
An acid phosphatase of Pisolithus tinctorius was purified and used to prepare polyclonal antibodies. These antibodies were applied in homologous and heterologous tests on the mycelium and mycorrhizae of several fungi. The immunochemical approach seems to be a way to characterize and to detect fungi when a particular protein is used as a marker. © 1990.
