We present preliminary results for mass splittings of hadrons containing one heavy quark, using the expansion in inverse powers of heavy quark mass. Calculations are of the Lambda(b) - B and B* - B mass differences. To reduce discretisation errors we have used an O(a) improved fermion action for the light quarks, and comparison is made with results with the Wilson action and experiment.
