摘要
After an introductory section, the text goes on to provide a historical background to geodetic measurements and their use in tectonic studies; a description of GPS and how it works with reference to use for navigation, relative positioning, coordinate systems and orbits, and the ionosphere; how well it works in terms of accuracy and the factors that can effect this; tectonic results; and areas for future development. -A.W.Hall
