摘要:
Single crystals of Ce1-xLa(x)B6, with x = 0, 0.25, 0.50 and 0.75, prepared by crystallization from solutions in molten aluminium, were investigated by X-ray diffraction. Experimental data were corrected for thermal diffuse scattering, absorption and extinction effects. Structural parameters were refined and the residual electron densities were calculated. Vacancies at the boron position were established for all the compounds.
