摘要
Bolton‐Hunter reagent, 3‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)propionic acid‐N‐hydroxysuccinimide ester, has been investigated for its application as a derivatizing agent to introduce an electrochemically active group into aliphatic amines. The phenolic derivatives form readily and could be detected at low concentrations in chromatographic effluents. Copyright © 1990 VCH Publishers, Inc.
