摘要
This investigation tackles the enterprise the scopes of social responsibility, with special emphasis on Venezuelan case. The key gnoseologic modal, have relation to the impact of the new civilizing proposal that is implicit in the new accumulation forms of the emergent Capitalism, which has important consequences in the world of work and the interrelations between company-society. This new infocapitalist society (Castells), whose more visible unfolding is expressed in the frames of the planetary globalization, configure new subjectivity processes of ethicalaesthetic-gnoseologic nature. In that context, the roll of the companies tends to be redefined, fundamentally about the relations with its socioeconomic, political and cultural surroundings. It is a new ethical perspective to the extent that integrates the human dimension in tensional terms, under the overwhelming influence of the political rationality. The investigation shows not only the supposed particularities of the social responsibility in the multilateral policies framework (the initiatives of the UN and the European Union, among them), also the experience in Venezuela. Thus it highlights the work that in this sense is developed by diverse companies and institutions in the community, beyond the strictly economic aims. Furthermore, it is delineated the investigation phases that goes ahead in the business park in Carabobo State, Venezuela, to evaluate the meaning and the scopes of the social responsibility in this context.
