摘要：
Emissions during the treatment of different semifinished products to produce the corresponding low carbon stainless steels in argon-oxygen refining plants are considered, and ways of reducing these emissions ae discussed. Good results have been obtained by fitting the plant with a cover, the required openings in which are kept closed when not in use.
