摘要：
The interaction of a bombarding particle with a target atom leads to quasimolecule formation. The change in energy levels of this molecule, its excitation, ionization and relaxation during both approach and separation of the two particles which leads to formation of specific secondary electron energy spectra. The quasimolecular model explains some experimental features of these spectra.
