摘要
The subject of the research is the establishment of a mechanism of becoming a victim of a crime. Therefore, the study is based on the logical nature of victimization - the process of becoming a crime victim. Apart from the scientific methods (comparison, measurement, analysis, synthesis), to obtain a scientific result sociological methods - survey and testing - have been used. Objectives of the study were the following: search for a philosophical justification of the idea of the interrelationship of all elements of the occurring event; place of victimization in the formation of a crime victim; development of a species classification of victimization; determination of the role of victimogenic personal factors and victimogenic situational factors in separate mechanisms of victimization. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. During the study of the mechanism of interaction between the victim of the crime and the identity of the offender one should be guided by three consequences of the principle of determinism. Firstly, everything that exists is determined. Secondly, determination is characterized by the diversity of its types. Thirdly, the phenomenon of determinism is inherent in the pattern and frequency of conditioning, thus, the knowledge of the elements of victimization will effectively carry out preventive measures. 2. Based on the prevalence in the mechanism of interaction between the victim and the offender of the influence of victimogenic personal factors and victimogenic situational factors, three varieties of interaction can be identified. The first form of interaction between the victim and the offender is conditionally named the "pattern of molecules". Victimogenic situational factors "rule" in this kind of interaction, and the role of victimogenic personal factors is negligible. The second type of interaction between the victim and the offender is defined as the "pattern of the magnet". The essence of this interaction is that the behavior of one of the parties of a crime has stimulated the emergence of a criminal situation. The third type of interaction between the victim and the offender is defined as the "matching scheme". The considered interaction between the offender and his victim differs from the previously described by the extremely low role of situational factors.
