SYNTHETIC CONDITION AND PROPERTIES OF THE BI-PB-SR-CA-CU-O SUPERCONDUCTOR WITH SINGLE HIGH-TC PHASE

摘要
The single 110 K phase Bi‐PbSrCaCuO superconductor is prepared by multi‐grinding and sintering in air. The forming process of 110 K phase is discussed. The properties of the samples obtained by using different synthetic condition are studied. The results indicate that the grains of the high‐Tc phase may grow on the surface of the grain of the low‐Tc phase and that the forming rate of the high‐Tc phase can be speeded by multi‐grinding. The step of χ′ and the peak of χ″ about 100 K are observed in the multigrinding sample in terms of the ac complex susceptibility χ′‐iχ″. The step and the peak may be caused by the weak‐link.
