摘要
A method is described for predicting changes in flood frequencies resulting from various causes affecting runoff in a watershed. The method utilizes the curve number and the traingular unit hydrograph procedures of the United States Department of Agriculture's Soil Conservation Service to transform rainfall frequencies into frequencies of peak discharge. The theory underlying the method is discussed. Application is illustrated by an example.
