摘要
We give an analytical expression for the space charge field induced at steady state when a photorefractive crystal, used in the diffusion regime, is illuminated by a non uniform interference pattern. Its consequences on the response of a photorefractive Joint Transform Correlator, including the effect of the reading beam are predicted and experimentally observed. The observed edge enhancement is explained.
