摘要：
A new class of bispectral windows is proposed, starting from the symmetry characteristics of third-order moments. Desirable properties and expressions of bispectral windows are summarized to support the adoption of minimum mean square error factor of the bispectral estimate as the proper index of efficiency. According to it the new windows have been proved as better than the conventional ones. The theory is supported by the simulation results presented in the paper as well.
