摘要
In this research paper, the transparent nano layered cells fabricated as to be glass/ITO/LE/LiFePO4/ITO/glass, glass/ITO/LE/Li3PO4/LiFePO4/ITO/glass, glass/ITO/LE/LiFePO4/Au/glass, and glass/ITO/LE/Li3PO4/LiFePO4/Au/glass were fabricated. As liquid electrolyte, 0.1 M lithium perchlorate (LiClO4) propylene carbonate solution was prepared. Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were done at variously scan rates and Nyquist diagrams were obtained. According to the results, equivalent circuit diagrams and circuit elements were determined. Finally, these batteries are optical transparent and semi transparent. Warburg diffusion elements were shown in the Nyquist diagrams. The peak currents of the cell at different scan rate were plotted according to the Randles-Sevcik equation. Materials for cathode current collector (Au, ITO) changed the maximum peak current value for the nano layered LiFePO4 containing battery cell.
